Attention FirePRO 300 Users: The camera must be running the required firmware version to connect. FirePRO 300 cameras with serial numbers starting with E or D require firmware 34.27.4.10 (or later). Serial numbers starting with 4 require firmware 50.30.2.6 (or later).

Connect the camera

Connect the camera to your computer using its dock or cable.

Open the Configurator

Go to configurator.thermal.com in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

Click Connect

Select the camera drive and start configuring.
Requires a chromium-based browser on Windows or Mac. FirePRO 300 connects using the dock. AttackPRO 300 connects using the included USB cable.

Custom Splash Screen

Add a department logo or custom startup image that displays every time the camera powers on.

Device Features

Turn on or off Video Recording, Image Capture, Survey Mode, TI Basic+, and Flashlight to match your SOPs.

Auto-start Video

Automatically begin recording when the camera powers on. Requires Video Recording to be on.

Startup Mode Persistence

When on, the camera restarts in the last active viewing mode. When off, it always powers on in TI Basic mode.

Temperature Units

Set the display to Fahrenheit or Celsius.

Restore Factory Settings

Return features to the out-of-box configuration at any time. Your custom splash screen stays in place.
