Tracy is a leader that specializes in scaling global brands. She currently heads up all of the global brand, product & retail marketing, advertising, direct sales, partnerships and public relations for Seek Thermal, the company behind several breakthroughs in thermal imaging camera technology that will enable a range of affordable products for use at home, work and play.
Tracy’s experience spans both early stage start-ups and some of the biggest growth brands in the world. Previously, she served as Global Chief Marketing Officer at Monster, who in partnership with Jimmy Iovine and Dr. Dre, launched Beats by Dr. Dre, one of the most iconic brands in recent history. For more than four years, Tracy led Brand Advertising, Product Marketing, and Digital Marketing multichannel capabilities at Best Buy, where she helped bring to market products like Nikon, Canon, GoPro and Beats by Dr. Dre. Before moving to consumer electronics, Tracy spent several years at advertising powerhouse Razorfish, leading the retail practice and digital advertising across many marquee brands. In the mid-90s, she grew the Home Depot from 65 stores to more than 600 across a six-year growth spurt under Arthur Blank where she led market development, merchandising, and operations for stores across the country. Tracy serves on several boards in Silicon Valley in advising start-ups and is a former national caliber volleyball player.
Originally from Chicago, she graduated from Western Illinois University and has a MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
